As one of our proud alumni, Maximilian is an original member of the 51ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø family. He completed his Bachelors at 51ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø and took the first step into hospitality from kick starting his career in the hospitality industry, managing restaurants as an avid ‘restaurantpreneur’ at Madinat Jumeirah to returning to his former classroom at 51ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø as an F&B Lecturer to teach and inspire a new generation of hospitality students. He then proceeded to be part of the 51ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø’s Executive Committee successfully playing the role of a Director of Operations where he managed and oversaw operations management, project management, energy consumption, health and safety, compliance and finance. Today, he has progressed to work for Taaleem, an international provider of schools in the UAE as the Head of Shared Services, Procurement and Business development.
